ORDINANCE NO. 101; <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AMENDING ORDINANCE <br />NO, 87 PERTAINING TO REGULATION OF TRAFFIC <br />The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does ordain <br />as follows: <br />Section 1. Sections 1.2, 1.6, 1.11 and 5(H) of Ordinance <br />NO. 87 adopted by this Council on May 6th, 1963, are hereby re- <br />pealed. <br />Section 2. Section 3.10(A) of said Ordinance NO. 87 is hereby <br />amended to read: <br />"(A) Any vehicle that has been parked or left standing upon <br />a street or highway for seventy-two (72) or more consecutive hours.'- <br />Section <br />ours."Section 3. Section 4.3(C) of said Ordinance NO. 87 is hereby <br />amended to read: <br />"(C) Whenever the Police Chief installs and maintains an <br />official traffic signal at any intersection, he shall likewise <br />erect and maintain at such intersection street name signs visible <br />to traffic approaching from all directions unless street name signs <br />have previously been placed and are maintained at any said inter- f <br />section." <br />Section 4. Section 7 of said Ordinance NO. 87 is hereby amen- <br />ded by adding at the end thereof the following sentence: <br />"Stop signs shall not be erected or maintained at any en- <br />trance to an intersection when such entrance is controlled by an <br />official traffic control signal." <br />Section 5• Except as hereby amended, said Ordinance NO. 87 <br />-1- <br />
