' :zw 5/11/71 12c RESOLUTION NO, 620 A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THAT THE COUNTY HEALTH OFFICER OF SANTA CLARA COUNTY AND EX-OFFICIO HEALTH OFFICER OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS RECOMMEND PROCEEDINGS UNDER APPROPRIATE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT AND ASSESSMENT BOND ACTS, OR OTHER APPROPRIATE PROCEEDINGS, FOR THE ACQUISITION' AND/OR CONSTRUCTION OF A SANITARY SEWERAGE SYSTEM AND APPURTENANCES, AS NECESSARY AS A HEALTH MEASURE SANITARY SEWER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO, 9 RESOLVED, by' the Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, California, that WHEREAS, it is the intention of this Council to undertake proceedings pursuant to appropriate special assessment and assess- ment bond acts for the acquisition and/or construction of a sanitary sewerage system in said Town, as follows : (a) The acquisition of capacity and disposal rights and the right of service and use in sanitary sewerage collection, transmission, treatment, outfall and disposal facilities of the City of Palo Alto on behalf of the properties within the proposed assessment district , ' . (b) The acquisition of all rights, ° lands and easements and the performance of all work auxiliary to any of the above necessary to complete the same. WHEREAS, it is the intention of this Council to make the costs and expenses of said acquisition and/or construction of improve- ments chargeable upon the properties benefited thereby, the exterior boundaries of the assessment district being the coterminous exterior boundaries of the composite and consolidated area shown on a map thereof on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the request be, and the same is hereby, made of the County Health Officer of Santa Clara County and ex-officio Health Officer of the Town of Los Altos Hills, that he recommend said proceedings as necessary as a health measure, * * * * * * *
