CITY COUNCIL <br /> i TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br /> MINUTES OF A REGULAR AEEETING <br /> March 18, 1963 <br /> The Regular Meeting of the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills <br /> was called to order Monday, March 18, 1963 by Mayor Vim. B. Clayton at <br /> 7:55 P. M. at the Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills , Calif. <br /> ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Councilmen Bowler, Fowle, Henley, Mayor Clayton <br /> ABSENT: Councilman Aiken <br /> MINUTES: March 4, 1963. <br /> ACTION: <br /> Adopt Minutes of March 4, 1963 as submitted. <br /> COMMUNICATIONS: <br /> None. <br /> ANNOUNCEMENTS: <br /> 1. League of California Cities Peninsula Division - Notice of Meeting to <br /> be held Thurs. , Mar. 21, 1963 at 7: 30 P. M. at the Los Gatos Lodge. <br /> The Clerk will attend. <br /> COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br /> None. <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> None. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> 1. Public Hearing - Traffic Ordinance. <br /> The City Clerk advised the Council that ten (10) days prior written <br /> notice had been mailed to each of the owners of privately owned and <br /> maintained roads within the Town. <br /> Mayor Clayton declared the Public Hearing open at 7: 58 P. M. and call- <br /> ed for comments from the Floor. <br /> The City Attorney explained the provisions of the Ordinance. <br /> The following parties , residing on private roads, spoke in relation <br /> to traffic control, maintenance , tresspassing, parking, pedestrian <br /> and equestrian traffic, and the rights of the public to use these <br /> private roads : <br /> Mr. A11enWooddell Vinedo Lane <br /> Mr. Jack Lind Summit Wood Road <br /> Mr. Paul Sturm Sherlock Road <br /> Mr. John Daley Hill Way <br /> Mr. Oliver Wheeler Central Drive <br />
