B. Clayton, <br /> at 8:03 P. M. , at the Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road , Los Altos Hills, <br /> California. <br /> ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Councilmen Aiken, Bowler, Fowle , Henley <br /> Mayor Clayton . <br /> ABSENT : None <br /> MINUTES: October 29, 1241. <br /> ACTION: <br /> Adopt Minutes of October 29, 1963 as submitted. <br /> COMMUNICATIONS: None. <br /> ANNOUNCEMENTS : None . <br /> (-.) COMMITTEE REPORTS : <br /> 1. Underground Utilities - Amendment of Ordinance No. 88. <br /> Deferred to ORDINANCES. <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> 1: Continued Public Hearing - Amendment to General Plan. <br /> The City Clerk referred to a letter dated October 30, 1963 , <br /> from Mr. Nestor Barrett , Town Planning Consultant, on file <br /> at the Town Hall. <br /> The Mayor asked for comments or discussion from the Floor. <br /> Copies of the proposed revisionto the General Plan were <br /> distributed to the audience. <br /> The City Clerk read; as follows , the redraft of Land Use Policy <br /> Statement No. 9 on Page 11 , Los Altos Hills General Plan - <br /> Revision of 1963, as contained in Mr. Barrett 's letter of <br /> October 30th : <br /> "9. Since it is obvious that the 472.29 acres of <br /> I land in non-residential use (exclusive of streets and <br /> Junipero Serra Freeway) within the Town far exceeds <br /> all reasonable relationship to the service needs of <br /> the population both now and in the foreseeable future ; <br /> and since this General Plan will be reviewed at three <br />
