County of Santa Clara Trafficways Committee - Notice of Meeting to <br /> 5e held on May 17, 1961 at the San Jose City Hall. <br /> 2. Santa Clara County Boundary Commission - Notice of proposed an- <br /> nexation to the City of Mountain View designated as Middlefield <br /> No. 2. <br /> COMMITTEE RETORTS: <br /> 1. Dog Kennels - Councilman Henley. <br /> Councilman Henley reported that the Committee recommended adoption <br /> of Canine Control Ordinance as presented, excluding section regu- <br /> lating kennels. <br /> OLD BUSINESS: None. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> 1. Public Hearing - Ravensbury Annexation No. 1. <br /> Mayor Powle declared the Hearing open at 8:05 F. M. <br /> City Attorney Faisant reported that protests had been received <br /> from property owners representing over fifty per cent (50%) of the <br /> assessed Valuation. <br /> The Mayor asked for convents from the Floor. There being none, the <br /> Public Hearing was closed. <br />
