M. <br /> City Attorney Faisant reported that protests had been received <br /> from property owners representing over fifty per cent (50%) of the <br /> assessed Valuation. <br /> The Mayor asked for convents from the Floor. There being none, the <br /> Public Hearing was closed. <br />
