n <br />09 <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br />MINUTES OF ADJOURNED MEETING <br />OCTOBER 229 1956 <br />The meeting was called to order at 8 otclock P. M., Monday, <br />at Purissima School. <br />ROLL CALLi Present - Councilmen Bledsoe, Dungan, Fowle, <br />Rothwell <br />Absent - Mayor Treat <br />MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING: Not read. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 33 pertaining to the per diem wage scale was RES, #33 - PER DIEM <br />read in its entirety by the City Attorney, moved for adoption WAGE SCALE <br />by Councilman Bledsoe, seconded by Councilman Rothwell and <br />carried unanimously by voice vote. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Rothwell, seconded by <br />Councilman Fowle that the official meeting date be <br />made the first Monday of each month starting January 79 <br />1957, at 7:45 P. M., and carried unanimously. <br />Upon the suggestion of the city attorney, Vice Mayor <br />Dungan advised Deputy Clerk Fowle to notify City <br />Clerk Paulman to send a congratulatory letter to the <br />newly -incorporated city of Woodside. <br />Councilman Rothwell reported that the people are di- <br />vided fifty-fifty in the name change; the name of "Puris- <br />sima" has been suggested; this matter will be given <br />further study with Mr. Simrell on suggestions offered <br />in a straw ballot before incorporation of the Town. <br />The Record of Survey for Dr. Flynn was approved by voice <br />vote in accordance with the recommendation of the <br />Planning Commission. <br />The Record of Survey for Stella M.
