• • WJM&L: PDA: s 2/26/70 RESOLUTION NO. 585 A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO MAKE CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS SEWER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 6 RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, California, that the public interest, convenience and necessity require, and that it is the intention of said Council to make changes and modifi- cations in the assessment filed pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 577 adopted by this Council on February 16, 1970, by increasing the total amount of the assessment from $130,410 to $141,210, and by appor- tioning and distributing said assessmentas increased according to benefits. The Engineer shall make said changes either on the face of the assessment or by filing an amendment thereto. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Monday, the 6th day of April, 1970, at the hour of 8:00 o 'clock P. M. , in the regular meetingplace of said Council, Council Chambers, City Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California, are hereby fixed as the time and place when and where said Council will consider the matter of making said changes and modifications and hearing all protests and persons interested therein. The City Clerk of said Town shall cause a copy of this resolution to be published once in the Los Altos News, a newspaper of general circ- ulation published in Santa Clara County, there being no newspaper pub- lished in said Town, and the paper in which the Notice of Improvement under said Resolution of Intention was published, and to be mailed to all property owners where assessments are increased, said publication to be at least ten (10) days before said day of hearing, and said mailing to be at least twenty (20) days prior to said hearing date.
