-: 411 RESOLUTION NO. 567 A RESOLUTION OF TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ORDERING, CALLING, PROVIDING FOR AND GIVING NOTICE OF A GENERAL MUNICIPAL ET,FCTION TO RE HELD ON THE 14th DAY OF APRIL, 1970, FOR THE PURPOSE OF FILLING TWO COUNCILMANIC TERMS. - WHEREAS, pursuant to the Government Code of the State of California, the Town of Los Altos Hills, a..general law city, is required to hold an election for the filling of two four year terms on the City Council; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 22830 of the Elections Code the City Clerk is required to post notice of this election; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: 1. That a General Municipal Flection be held and the sameis hereby called to be held in the Town of Los Altos Hills on the 14th day of April, 1970. 2. That the City Clerk be and he hereby is authorized and directed to post the following notice of the General Municipal Election within the date specified, as required by law. NOTICE OF ELECTION Notice is hereby given that a General Municipal Election will be held in the Town of Los Altos Hills on Tuesday, the 14th day of April, 1970, for the purpose of electing two councilmen for four year terms. The polls will be open between the hours of 7:00 A. M. and 8:00 P. M. City Clerk Dated: , 1970: 1 3.
