• RESOLUTION NO. 520 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ESTABLISHING RATES OF CHARGES TO BE MADE IN CONNECTION WITH SUBDIVISION OF LAND, BUILDING SITE APPROVAL, CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS AND VARIANCES. WHEREAS, on the 17th day of April, 1961, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills did adopt Ordinance No. 69 pertaining to the subdivision of land within said City; and WHEREAS, on the 4th day of December, 1961, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills did adopt Ordinance No. 78 pertaining to the zoning regulations within said City; and WHEREAS, said ordinances call for the fixing of fees to be charged in connection with the preparation and filing of various applications; and WHEREAS, it is deemed that the fees fixed herein are necessary, proper and reasonable fees for the indicated services; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Councilof the Town of Los Altos Hills that the following fees shall be charged in connection with filing various applications with said City: For the filing of a Tentative Subdivision Map: $60.00 for the first lot as shown on each map, and $25.00 for each additional lot; For the filing of a Final Subdivision Map: $35.00 for the first lot as shown on each map, and $15.00 for each additional lot; For the filing of a Preliminary Subdivision Map: $25.00 for the first lot as shown on each map, and $10.00 for each additional lot; For the filing of a Building Site Approval Map: $60.00 for the first lot as shown on each map, and $25.00 for each additional lot; For the filing of a Variance or Conditional Use Permit Application: $35.00 per application;
