• • RESOLUTION NO. 433 A RESOLUTION APPOINTING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING PROTESTS IN RELATION TO PROPOSED ACQUISITIONS AND IMPROVE- MENTS, AND DIRECTING NOTICE SEWER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 2 RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los :Altos Hills , California, that WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 413, adopted on November 20, 1967, by the City Council of said Town, pursuant to the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913, the City Engineer of said Town has filed with the City Clerk of this Town the written report called for under said Act and by said Resolution of Intention, as amended, which report. has been presented by said Clerk to this Council for consideration, and this Council has considered and preliminarily approved and confirmed said report and ordered that the same stnad as the report for the purpose of all subsequent proceedings had pursuant to said Resolution of Intention, as amended; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that Thursday, the 28th day of March, 1968, at the hour of 6 :30 o 'clock P=,M. , in the Los Altos Hills Town Hall, Los Altos Hills, California, be, and thesame are hereby appointed and fixed as the time and place when and where said Council will consider and finally act upon the Engineer' s report under said Resolution of Intention, as amended: IT IS FURTHER ORDER that the City Clerk of this Town be, and heris hereby, directed to give notice of said hearing once a week for two weeks in the San Jose Post Record, a newspaper published in Santa Clara County and circulated in said Town, and by conspicuously posting a notice- thereof along all the open streets within the assessment district at not more than three hundred feet. apart, and not less than three in all; and LAGORIO & FAISANT -1- ATTORNEYS AT LAW SOD THIRD STREET LOS ALTOS, CALIF. 94B-8200
