i • RESOLUTION NO. 375 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ESTABLISHING PROCEDURES RELATING TO MATTERS TO .BE CONSIDERED AT MEETINGS OF SAID COUNCIL Be it resolved by the City Council of the Town of Los Hills that the following regulations shall hereafter govern proceedings of this Council: SECTION 1. ROUTINE AGENDA ITEMS . Any Councilman may have items placed on the agenda for any meeting by requesting, not later than 10:00 o 'clock A.M. , on the Wednesday preceding a regular council meeting, and three (3) days in advance of a special council meeting, that the City Manager include such item on the agenda. When a special meeting is called for during any meeting of the Council, those items for which request has been made in open council meeting shall be placed on the agenda for such special meeting with- out further request. The City Manager may place on the agenda for any regular or special meeting any item which he deems of interest to the Council. SECTION 2. CORRESPONDENCE. Correspondence not relating to an item to be considered by the Council under the procedure set forth above shall not be considered at any meeting of the Council unless submitted to the City Manager by 10:00 o 'clock A.M. of the Wednesday preceding a regular meeting or three (3) days in advance of any special meeting. SECTION 3. URGENT MATTERS. Items not listed on the agenda, but stated to be urgent, may be considered, at the discretion of the Mayor, if no member of the Council raises any objection. If an objection is raised, a majority vote of the Council shall determine whether the matter shall be considered. SECTION 4. PRESENTATIONS FROM THE FLOOR.
