<br /> " ' WHEREAS that certain Public Utilities Easement ten feet in
<br /> width along the common lines of lots 2, 3 and 4, Tract No. 1118,
<br /> Pine Crest Heights Unit No® 1, (except for an anchor easement
<br /> twenty feet in length at the northerly end of said Public
<br /> Utilities Easement and extending one foot on each side of the
<br /> common line of lots 2 and 3 of said Tract) , has never been used
<br /> and is not needed for present or prospective public use,
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Public Utilities
<br /> Easement (except said anchor easement) be and the same is hereby
<br /> vacated.
