Rancho" recorded Map 9, 1894 in Book H of Maps at pages 58 and 59, within the bounds of Lot 6 as shown on said Map and . lying westerly of Stonebrook Avenue (40.00 feet wide). deeded from William E. Doud, et al, to the County of Santa Clara, by deed recorded November 9, 1950 in Book 2092 of Official Records at page 348, said portion being entirely within the Town of Los Altos Hills, and WHEREAS said portion has not been used by the public for a period of more than five (5) consecutive years immediately preceding the date of this Resolution, and WHEREAS to improve said -easement to proper condition for public use would require expenditures of public funds, and WHEREAS the said easement is unnecessary for present or prospective public use.
