Ail <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 22 <br /> WHEREAS it is the intention and desire of <br /> the Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills to estab- <br /> lish a uniform system for the times and method of <br /> payment of all salaries and wages due or hereafter <br /> becoming due to the officers and employees of said <br /> Town, <br /> THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that, unless other- <br /> wise provided in a contract approved by the said <br /> Council, all salaries shall be paid in equal semi- <br /> monthly installments, and all wages shall be paid as <br /> they accrue, all in arrears and upon the 1st and 16m <br /> day of each month or the first working day thereafter, <br /> AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all such <br /> payments shall be made by check, after approval of <br /> warrants therefor by the Council, <br /> AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that deductions <br /> as provided by law shall be made where required for <br /> pension funds, social security„ income tax withhold- <br /> ing, and insurance. <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly and reg- <br /> ularly adopted by the City Council of the Town of Los <br /> Altos Hillsat a regular meeting held on the 18h <br /> day of August , 1928, by the following vote : <br /> AYES: Councilmen Bledsoe, Clayton, Sherlock, <br /> Treat, Mayor Fowle <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST'. <br /> City Clerk <br />
