CITY COUNCIL <br />TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br />MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING <br />August 1, 1966 <br />The Regular Meeting of the City Council of the Town of Los Altos <br />Hills was called to order Monday, August 1, 1966 by Mayor Albert <br />T. Henley, at 7:54 P. M. at the Town Hall, 263'79 Fremont Road, <br />Los Altos Hills, California. <br />ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Councilmen Aiken, Bowler, Davey, Fowle, <br />Mayor Henley <br />ABSENT: None <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />REPRESENTATIVE: Commissioner Milton F. Minckley <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: July 18, 1966. <br />ACTION: <br />That the Minutes of July 18, 1966 <br />be accepted as circulated. <br />MOTION: Davey; SECOND: Fowle <br />ROLL C1,LL: AYES: Bowler, Davey, Fowle, <br />Mayor Henley <br />NOES: None <br />ABSTAINED: Aiken <br />ABSENT: None <br />COMMUNICATIONS: <br />1. Charles A. Wright, President, Hills Little League, 26570 <br />urissima tc�a—d, letter dated July 30, 1966, read by Mayor <br />Henley. Mr. Wright requests Council recognition of the Hills <br />Little League Recreation Committee, listing its members and <br />its functions, whose prime interest is to secure a home for <br />Little League Baseball. <br />The Mayor appointed the Hills Little League Recreation Committee <br />to function as proposed, but with the single addition to Mr. <br />Wright's letter, and understanding, that such a Committee would <br />have the authority to negotiate and propose but not to bind the <br />City Council. <br />2. City Attorne I letter dated July 28, 1966, requesting a study <br />i <br />sesson regarding revision of ordinances. <br />Without objection, the Mayor will adjourn the meeting to Tuesday, <br />August 2nd, at 4:00 P. M. at the Town Hall for a study session. <br />Staff and Mr. E. R. Hanna will also attend. <br />
