RESOLUTION 56-17 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AUTHORIZING AN HOURLY RATE OF $80 FOR <br /> THE TEMPORARY PART-TIME FINANCE PROJECT MANAGER <br /> WHEREAS,the Administrative Services Director will be out on extended leave from September <br /> 11, 2017 through January 2, 2018; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Finance Manager will be on personal leave in October/November for three <br /> weeks; and <br /> WHEREAS, in preparation for the leave of absences and minimize the impact to Finance <br /> Operation, the Town solicited proposals from interested candidates to fill a Temporary Part-Time <br /> Finance Project Manager role; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Town received five proposals, interviewed all candidates,reviewed sample staff <br /> reports, and selected the most qualified candidate with relevant experience; and , <br /> WHEREAS, the hourly rate of$80 is within the Administrative Services Director salary range; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS,the Finance Project Manager will oversee projects as listed on Exhibit A. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does hereby resolve <br /> to authorize an hourly rate of$80 for the Temporary Part-Time Finance Project Manager. <br /> The above and foregoing Resolution passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of Los <br /> Altos Hills at a regular meeting held on the 21st day of September, 2017 by the following vote: <br /> AYES: Waldeck, Radford, Corrigan, Spreen, Wu <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> BY: .,, / <br /> // % <br /> Gary Waldeck, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> •eborah Padovan,City Clerk <br /> Resolution 56-17 Page 1 <br />
