Lands of Alon, Lupine Road, a request for a Site Development Permit for a new <br /> residence; Lands of Eshighi and Doroodian, Fremont Road, a request for .a Site: <br /> Development Permit, variance and a Conditional Development Permit for a new <br /> residence and pool; Lands of Los Altos Hills (Cingular Wireless), Site Development <br /> Permit for wireless communications at the Town Hall site; and Lands of Blackman, <br /> Barton Court, a request for a Site Development Permit for a new residence. Cahill noted <br /> that the Planning Commission had recommended approval of the Westwind Barn <br /> Conditional Use Permit and amendments and it would be considered by Council at a <br /> future meeting. The Commission had denied approval of the Alon project and Cahill <br /> believed the applicants would be forwarding a revised alternative plan to the Council as <br /> an appeal of the Planning Commission action. Cahill noted that the Eshighi and <br /> Doroodian application was continued at the request of the applicant. The Commission <br /> had determined that the proposed house was too large for the non-conforming lot and had <br /> directed the applicant to reduce the size of the house and move the house out of the <br /> setbacks. The Cingular Wireless hearing was continued at the request of the applicant and <br /> Council would be provided a status report at the New Town Hall Committee meeting. <br /> The final application, Lands of Blackman, was unanimously approved by the Planning <br /> Commission. Cahill noted that it received very strong support from neighbors .of the <br /> proj ect. <br /> 4.
