Public Works Director Nichol Bowersox explained that the Town reached out to <br />three contractors. One was non-responsive, the other was booked for the entire year, <br />and so McClenahan was the lone bidder. <br />MOTION MADE AND SECONDED: Mayor Tankha moved to adopt Resolution 11- <br />21 to Award a Contract for Tree Care And Maintenance Services for Town -Owned <br />Properties. Resolution To Approve The Plans And Specifications For The Town Hall Addition <br />Project - Phase 1 - Rebid and Authorize Staff To Advertise The Project For Bids <br />(Staff. N. Bowersox) <br />Conuncilmember Swan said she pulled the item as she wanted to see the <br />architectural drawings. <br />Vice Mayor Tyson recalled that this was for Phase 1, the enclosure in the back of the <br />chambers. <br />Council discussion ensued. <br />MOTION MADE AND SECONDED: Councilmember Swan moved to adopt <br />Resolution 12-21 Approving the Plans and Specifications for the Town Hall Addition <br />Project - Phase 1 - Rebid and Authorize Staff to Advertise the Project for Bids.
