<br /> <br />6 <br />City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br />June 21, 2018 <br /> <br />Motion Carried 5 to 0: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmember Corrigan, Councilmember Waldeck, Councilmember <br />Wu, Mayor Pro Tem Spreen, Mayor Radford <br /> <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Councilmember Corrigan recused herself from the discussion on the Gardner <br />Bullis capital improvement project. <br /> <br />MOTION MADE AND SECONDED: Mayor Pro Tem Spreen moved to <br />adopt Resolution 47-18 approving the Gardiner Bullis capital improvement project <br />budget of $40,000. The motion was seconded by Mayor Radford. <br /> <br />Motion Carried 4-0-1: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmember Waldeck, Councilmember Wu, Mayor Pro Tem <br />Spreen, Mayor Radford <br /> <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />RECUSE: Councilmember Corrigan <br /> <br />Councilmember Corrigan returned to the discussion. <br /> <br />B. Resolution Requesting that the Santa Clara County Tax Collector Collect <br />Delinquent Sewer Charges, the 2018-2019 Sewer Service Charges, and <br />Contractual Assessment District Charges for Both the Palo Alto and Los Altos <br />Sewer Basins (Staff: A. Chen) <br /> <br />Mayor Radford opened the Public Hearing. <br /> <br />Council asked questions of staff and received responses. <br /> <br />Allan Epstein, Los Altos Hills, explained the process and eight properties were <br />missed; that was eight out of twenty-six properties. <br /> <br />Councilmembers Waldeck and Wu agreed to form a subcommittee to review the <br />sewer roll process.
