Resolution to Adopt FY 20/21 Fee Schedule; Approval of the Cost Allocation Plan <br />and User Fee Study Prepared by Matrix Consulting, and Adoption of a Resolution <br />to Update the Town's Cost of Services Schedule (User Fees). (Staff: S. Revillar <br />and Z. Dahl) <br /> <br />Courtney Ramos with Matrix Consulting Group provided an overview of the <br />Full Cost Allocation Plan and the Cost of Service Study. <br /> <br />Planning Director Dahl presented the updated User Fee Schedule. <br /> <br />Council discussion ensued. <br /> <br />Mayor Wu opened the Public Hearing. <br /> <br />Jim Waschura, Los Altos Hills, asked about the application of pathway fees. <br /> <br />Mayor Wu closed the Public Hearing. <br /> <br />MOTION MADE AND SECONDED: Councilmember Spreen moved to approve <br />the Cost Allocation Plan and User Fee Study; and adopt Resolution 16-20 to update <br />the Town's User Fee Schedule. The motion was seconded by Councilmember <br />Tyson. <br /> <br />Motion Carried 5 to 0: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmember Corrigan, Councilmember Spreen, Councilmember <br />Tyson, Vice Mayor Tankha, Mayor Wu <br /> <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />8. STAFF REPORTS <br /> <br />A. City Manager - No report. <br /> <br />B. City Attorney <br /> <br />City Attorney Steve Mattas asked about the motion for agenda item 6.A and <br />questioned whether or not the Council provided direction on the issue further <br />consideration of the MFA reserve. <br />
