<br />7 <br />City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br />April 16, 2020 <br />Vice Mayor Tankha clarified that once we are out of the shelter in place, the public <br />can weigh in about the MFA reserve. If after a few months, other issues arise, the <br />Council can have further discussion. The Council agreed with this direction. <br /> <br />C. City Clerk - reported that we will be moving to CivicClerk for streaming services. <br /> <br />D. Planning Director - stated that the Planning Commission was scheduled to meet in <br />May using the Zoom technology. <br /> <br />E. Administrative Services Director - No report. <br /> <br />F. Public Works Director - No report. <br /> <br />9. <br /> <br />COUNCIL INITIATED ITEMS <br />Councilmember Corrigan asked about advertising for the Town Council. The City <br />Clerk replied that the election resolution will be brought to the City Council in May and <br />the noticing will happen in June. The process of pulling papers will start in July. <br /> <br />Councilmember Tyson reported about the Community Awareness Healthcare Council <br />(CHAC) and a possible supplemental funding request. Also, regarding Silicon Valley <br />Clean Energy (SVCE) revenue is down about 10% as people are working from. However, <br />the finances are looking good for SVCE. Councilmember Corrigan reported that the <br />library "is closed, but open online." <br /> <br />10.
