Demolition $180 Plan Review Fee 65% of Permit Fee Plan Retention Fee $25/page Plan Retention Fee (electronic plans) $75 Planning and Engineering Review and Inspection Fees Site Development Review $830 Site Development Compliance Inspections $980 ADU Plan Review $725 ADU Compliance Inspections $830 These review and inspection fees are assessed to all building permits that are subject to Planning and Engineering review and compliance inspections. If more than three reviews are required to issue a permit or more than six inspections required final a permit, additional review/inspections fees may be assessed.
