This fee is set by the State of California under Title 24 Part 2 Energy and Accessibility Code and <br />Regulations. <br />Inspections Fees <br />During normal business hours <br />$210 <br />After normal business hours <br />$240 <br />Reinspection <br />$210 <br />Inspection for which no fee is otherwise <br />indicated <br />$210 <br />Code Compliance Inspection <br />$300 <br />NPDES C.3 Maintenance Agreement and <br />Ins ections <br />Other Permit Fees <br />$3,000 deposit <br />Extension of Building Permit <br />$180 <br />Replacement of Inspection Card <br />$80 <br />Additional Plan Review <br />$350 <br />This fee is applied when an application requires more than three plan checks to be completed. <br />Temporary Certificate of Occupancy <br />1 $500 <br />Approval by the Planning and Building Director is required to issue a Temporary Certificate of <br />Occupancy and the project must demonstrate special circumstances. <br />Street Address Change <br />$650 <br />Work Without a Permit <br />Up to 4x Permit Fee <br />The violation fee is set per Municipal Code sections 8-8.05 and 10-2.1318, with the specific amount <br />determined by the Planning and Building Director based on the nature of the violation. <br />Geotechnical Report Review <br />$2,000 <br />Less than $50,000 <br />$0 <br />$50,000 or more <br />0.9% of valuation <br />Gas <br />$20,000 <br />Electric <br />$40,000 <br />Impermeable Structure (per sq ft of development <br />area added) $0.96/sq ft <br />This fee set per Municipal Code Section 8-7.05. <br />Resolution 77-23 Page 7 <br />
