WHEREAS, staff recommends that the City Council accept the Concepcion Road and La Paloma <br />Road Pathways and allow the remittance of the five percent retention to the contractor 35 days <br />following the project acceptance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos <br />Hills that: <br />Section 1. As recommended by staff, the City Council accept the Briones Way, <br />Concepcion Road, and La Paloma Road Pathway Project by C2R Engineering, Inc. as completed. <br />Section 2. Staff is authorized to make the final retention payment concerning the above- <br />described work. <br />Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to file the notice of the completion of said <br />project with the County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, within ten (10) days from the date <br />of this Resolution. <br />The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of <br />Los Altos Hills at a special meeting held on the 14th day of December 2023 by the following vote: <br />AYES: <br />Swan, Mok, Schmidt, Tankha, Tyson <br />NOES: <br />None <br />ABSTAIN: <br />None <br />ABSENT: <br />None <br />ATTEST: <br />eborah L.
