Councilmember Larsen reported that a presentation of the Ad Hoc Infrastructure <br /> Committee recommendations had been scheduled for the September 10, 2009 regular <br /> City Council meeting. <br /> Mayor Pro Tem Kerr reported that he had spoken with the VTA on the final segment of <br /> the El Monte pathway and he was hopeful that potential funding would be available. <br /> Mayor Warshawsky reported that he had recently attended a meeting of local Mayors. <br /> The forum had focused on regional efforts for cities to support "Green" initiatives. He <br /> noted that the agenda had not included discussion of water issues and he had suggested <br /> that it would be appropriate to include the important topic in future meetings. <br /> STAFF REPORTS <br /> City Manager <br /> City Attorney <br /> City Clerk <br /> No Reports were given. <br /> Planning Director <br /> • Verbal Report on the July 2nd Planning Commission Meeting <br /> Planning Director Debbie Pedro provided an overview of the Planning Commission's <br /> actions at their July 2, 2009 meeting. Specifics of the reviewed projects would be <br /> included in the City Council July 23, 2009 meeting packet. <br /> COUNCIL INITIATED ITEMS <br /> 17.
