• MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Dauber, seconded by Casey and passed <br /> unanimously to adopt Resolution#9-00 approving and authorizing execution of a sanitary sewer <br /> reimbursement agreement between the Town of Los Altos Hills and Nino Cefalu, with the <br /> correction to Exhibit C deleting the owner at 11198 Magdalena and leaving the decision to Mr. <br /> Cefalu as to whether or not to recalculate the numbers. <br /> 5.2 Update on Goals and Objectives <br /> MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Johnson, seconded by Finn and passed <br /> unanimously to accept the City Manager's second quarter status on goals and objectives dated <br /> January 6th. <br /> 6. NEW BUSINESS <br /> 6.1 Request for recommended nomination of a councilmember to serve on the Solid <br /> Waste Commission of Santa Clara County <br /> Dauber reported that appointments were also going to be made to the following: ABAG <br /> Executive Committee, Bay Area Air Quality Management District and the Local Agency <br /> Formation Commission. <br /> The Council did not have any recommendations for nominations to these agencies. <br /> • 7. REPORTS FROM COMMITTEES, SUB-COMMITTEES,AND COUNCILMEMBERS <br /> ON OUTSIDE AGENCIES <br /> 7.1 Emergency Operations Meeting <br /> Johnson reported that he had attended an Emergency Operations Meeting on behalf of the Mayor <br /> who had a conflicting library-related meeting. Johnson reported that it was basically an <br /> organizational meeting but one interesting note was that the cost to the County for Y2K related <br /> issues was $32 million. <br /> 7.2 Webpage <br /> Johnson reported that a meeting of the subcommittee on the webpage was scheduled for Tuesday, <br /> January l It at 10:00 a.m. at Town Hall. <br /> 8. STAFF REPORTS <br /> 8.1 City Manager <br /> 8.1.1 Y2K <br /> • The City Manager reported that there were no Y2K problems. <br /> January 6, 2000 <br /> Regular City Council Meeting <br /> 3 <br />
