• • <br /> RESOLUTION 61-12 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AUTHORIZING <br /> RECLASSIFICATION OF THE MAINTENANCE <br /> SUPERINTENDENT POSITION <br /> WHEREAS, the Town's Maintenance Superintendent job class specification was last reviewed <br /> in 2005; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Personnel Rules and Regulations and Employee Classification and <br /> Compensation Plan documents were last comprehensively reviewed and updated in 2006 and <br /> revised in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Town's Rules and Regulations and Employee Classification and Compensation <br /> Plan must be updated to reflect changes in compensation and payroll practices; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does hereby resolve as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. The City Council does hereby adopt revisions to the Maintenance Superintendent job <br /> class specification as attached hereto in Exhibit A; and <br /> 2. The City Council does hereby amend Section 7.5 —"Definition of Exempt Employee" <br /> to include the Maintenance Superintendent job class specification; and <br /> 3. The City Council does hereby amend Section 1 — "Authorized Classifications" of the <br /> Town's Classification and Compensation Plan to reflect a new salary range for the <br /> Maintenance Superintendent position. <br /> The above and foregoing.Resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of <br /> Los Altos Hills at a regular meeting held on the 18th day of October, 2012 by the following vote: <br /> AYES: Larsen, Waldeck, Mordo, Radford, Summit <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> ABSENT: NoneF <br /> � <br /> BY: <br /> rsen, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> eborah Padovan, city Clerk <br /> Resolution 61-12 Page 1 <br />
