Altos Garbage Company and it was not optional."; page 5, item 2, second paragraph, <br />add the following to the motion: "so that the length of the driveway is charged only <br />once despite the number of cans."; page 6, add the following to the first sentence of <br />Margaret Rand's comments: ".....AB939 goals, if the yardwaste went into the <br />landfill" and in the next to last paragraph change the last sentence to read: "Dauber <br />also did not believe that yardwaste should be accepted on the clean up days, unless it <br />was kept separate and recycled." and on page 7, add the following second paragraph <br />to item E: "In response to Mr. Angin's request, the City Council stated that they did <br />want additional recycling." <br />4.5 Approval of final map, subdivision improvement agreement and <br />agreement for conservation easement, Windy Hill Associates <br />(Laub/Woodbridge Estates) Subdivision, 27210 Fremont Road — <br />Resolutions #__ <br />Hubbard questioned why the pathway easement was not being accepted at this time. <br />He was advised by staff that there was no path connection to the Esther Clarke Park <br />and the policy to accept all easements was adopted after this subdivision had been <br />approved. <br />David Coldoff, representing Windy Hill Associates (a part of Jim Ward and <br />Associates Investment Group), explained that they were ready to start this project <br />immediately and planned to have the bridges done by late August and the house <br />i foundations before the winter rains. <br />fir' MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Hubbard, seconded by Siegel and <br />passed unanimously to adopt Resolution #43-96 approving final subdivision map <br />for Lands of Windy Hill Associates (Woodbridge Estates) and Resolution #44-96 <br />approving and authorizing execution of an agreement for conservation easement <br />between the Town of Los Altos Hills and Windy Hill Associates. <br />5. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />5.1 Adoption of Urgency Ordinance Amending Chapter 3 (Solid <br />Waste) of Title 6 (Sanitation and Health) of the Los Altos Hills <br />Municipal Code <br />MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Siegel, seconded by Casey and <br />passed unanimously to waive further reading, introduce and adopt Ordinance #383 <br />amending Chapter 3 (Solid Waste) of Title 6 (Sanitation and Health) of the Los Altos <br />Hills Municipal Code. <br />Dauber asked that the issue of debris boxes be agendized for discussion. <br />%W June 5, 1996 <br />Regular City Council Meeting <br />
