They also <br /> commented on the importance of diversity, the use of eaves and horizontal aspects <br /> when designing a home. The concern expressed was that with the individual <br /> ` homes being built on La Paloma by one contracter a subdivision was actually going <br /> in without the overall issues being addressed which are handled at the subdivision <br /> level. <br /> Bob Owen, applicant, commented on the roof and the fact that the neighbors did not <br /> have a problem with the two driveways. He also stated that the houses did not line <br /> up and diversity was also important to him. <br /> MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Johnson, seconded by Hubbard <br /> and passed unanimously to decide not to review the request for a site development <br /> permit for a new residence and pool for Lands of Owen at 13930 La Paloma Road. <br /> 3.
