They also commented on the importance of diversity, the use of eaves and horizontal aspects when designing a home. The concern expressed was that with the individual ` homes being built on La Paloma by one contracter a subdivision was actually going in without the overall issues being addressed which are handled at the subdivision level. Bob Owen, applicant, commented on the roof and the fact that the neighbors did not have a problem with the two driveways. He also stated that the houses did not line up and diversity was also important to him. MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Johnson, seconded by Hubbard and passed unanimously to decide not to review the request for a site development permit for a new residence and pool for Lands of Owen at 13930 La Paloma Road. 3.
