t1 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 29-87 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWn <br /> OF LOS ALTOS HILLS FURTHER AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 1256 ,. AS • <br /> AMENDED BY RESOLUTION NO. 88-86 , AND WHICH ADOPTED A <br /> POLICY CONCERNING LANDSCAPING', AND SETTING OF <br /> BONDS THEREOF <br /> RESOLVED, by. the City Council of the -Town -of <br /> Los Altos Hills , County of Santa Clara, State of California, that <br /> Resolution No. 1256 adopted on January 2 , 1980 and amended <br /> by Resolution No. 88-86 adopted on June 18 , 1986 , be and it <br /> hereby is further amended by Amending Subsection (c) of Sec. 6 <br /> thereof to read as follows : <br /> SECTION 6 . The foregoing policy and guidelines shall <br /> be implemented as follows : <br /> • <br /> (c) Concerning Site Development, the Site Development • <br /> Authority shall determine the amount of the cash deposit which <br /> will be required to insure compliance. The amount of the cash <br /> deposit will be based upon the Site Development Committee ' s <br /> determination of the amount of landscaping mitigation needed <br /> regarding the subject plans . The amount of the cash deposit <br /> shall be as follows : <br /> (i) Minor mitigation - one thousand dollars ($1 , 000) ; <br /> (ii) Average mitigation - two thousand five hundred <br /> dollars ($2 , 500) ; and • <br /> (iii) Major mitigation - five thousand dollars ($5 ,000) . <br />
