UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> 7.1 Altamont/Natoma Triangle Island Planting Project <br /> MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Tryon, seconded by Hubbard <br /> and passed unanimously to direct staff to prepare a lease agreement with <br /> the Fords for the use of this property as a landscaped area, including the <br /> following issues raised by Phil Dauber, Chairman of the Finance <br /> Committee: the length of the lease? and Who is paying to move the <br /> pathway? <br /> 7.2 Designation of Oak Tree at Town Hall as a Heritage Tree <br /> Tryon expressed her concerns about the designation of this tree and the Master <br /> Plan for Town Hall. <br /> MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Johnson, seconded by Siegel <br /> 411.10 and passed unanimously to acknowledge and approve the previous staff <br /> report and recommendations, direct staff to undertake the work outlined <br /> in the arborist's report, and adopt a policy of designating no more than <br /> three heritage trees on Town land each year, unless additional funding is <br /> appropriated. <br /> 7.3 Pathway Sign Posts <br /> PASSED BY CONSENSUS: To approve the following style of markers for <br /> noting Town paths: weathered small post with a single band inscribed <br /> near the top and with routed two inch white letters sayingpath.
