INTERVIEWS AND APPOINTMENTS TO STANDING COMMITTEES: (continued) : <br /> Mr. Hal Nissley, 12422 Robleda Road, expressed his interest in serving <br /> on the Community Relations Committee and commented on his earlier <br /> experience of working with the Town' s Little League. <br /> MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Johnson, seconded by Tryon and <br /> passed unanimously to appoint Hal Nissley to the Community Relations <br /> Committee for term of two years . <br /> C. REPORT FROM THE PLANNING COMMISSION: <br /> Commissioner Clyde Noel presented a brief overview of the report <br /> prepared by the Director of Public Works on the 7/12/89 Planning <br /> Commission Meeting. In addition to the continuation of the public <br /> hearings on Lands of Weiss , Bellucci and Quattrone, the site <br /> development permit request for Lands of Hao was denied and the <br /> tentative map application for Lands of Loconte was approved. Mr. Noel <br /> also noted that Commissioner Jones was appointed Vice Chairman of the <br /> Planning Commission. In response to an inquiry from Councilmember van <br /> Tamelen concerning the recommendation of requiring three-dimensional <br /> models of projects from applicants , Commissioner Noel noted that this <br /> was currently being generally discussed. No specific action had been <br /> taken. <br /> tie Casey asked that the procedure and timeframe for appeal of decisions <br /> by applicants be agendized for the next meeting. <br /> D.
