4. REPORT FROM THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> There was no report from the Planning Commission as they did not hold their <br /> meetings in August. However, the City Manager took this opportunity to introduce <br /> Ann Jamison, the newly appointed Town Planner, to the Council He highly praised <br /> Ann and welcomed her to the staff. <br /> 5 CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> Items Removed: Dl (Tryon), D5 (Tryon), D8 (van Tamelen), and D9 (Tryon) <br /> Items Removed and moved to Council Business: D10 (Tryon) <br /> MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by van Tamelen, seconded by Johnson <br /> and passed unanimously to approve the balance of the Consent Calendar, specifically: <br /> a). Approval of Warrants: $ 37,913.23 (7/31/89) <br /> fair $ 185,113.26 (8/10/89) <br /> $ 1,348.91 (8/21/89) <br /> b). Resolutions for Adoption: <br /> 1) Resolution #101-89 accepting a certain pathway easement deed <br /> (Lands of McCleery- Moody Road). <br /> 2) Resolution #102-89 approving and authorizing execution of an <br /> encroachment permit agreement between the Town of Los Altos Hills <br /> and Manoutchehr Movassat (encroachments on Altamont Road - Lands <br /> of Zappettini). <br /> 3) Resolution #103-89 further amending the town Budget for fiscal year. <br /> 4) Resolution #104-89 ordering the reorganization of certain <br /> uninhabited territory designated as the Ridgeview Estates annexation <br /> subject to liability for general indebtedness of the Town. <br /> 460 5) Resolution #105-89 approving and authorizing execution of <br /> addendum to agreement between the Town of Los Altos Hills and Frank <br /> 3 <br />
