Ordinance # further amending Chapter 1 entitled ' Zoning' of <br /> Title 10 of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code by amending <br /> Section 10-1 .218 definig a secondary dwelling (FIRST READING) <br /> MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Tryon, seconded by van Tamelen <br /> and passed unanimously to waive further reading of ordinance. <br /> MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by van Tamelen, seconded by Tryon <br /> and passed unanimously to introduce the Ordinance further amending <br /> Chapter 1 entitled ' Zoning ' of Title 10 of the Los Altos Hills <br /> Municipal Code by amending Section 10-1.218 defining a secondary <br /> dwelling with the following correction: ' located on the same <br /> parcel under the same ownership as a primary dwelling. ' (the word <br /> ' and' was deleted) . <br /> G. OLD BUSINESS: <br /> 1. Letter from Jack Horton regarding requirement for a pathway ease- <br /> ment at the northern property line at 26030 Altamont Road <br /> The City Attorney presented an oral report on this item which included <br /> some background information on the Lands of Horton. This background <br /> included comments on the discussion of the pathway easement in 1975, <br /> the sub-area plan element in 1979 and the 1982 site development for a <br /> single-family residence. It was also noted that a pathway easement had <br /> not been granted nor recorded. <br /> Jean Struthers , 13690 Robleda; Doni Hubbard, 25228 La Loma Drive; <br /> Carol Gottlieb, 24290 Summerhill and Mary Stutz, 25310 Elena Road, <br /> each addressed the Council and strongly supported the requirement for <br /> a pathway easement on this property. Mrs. Stutz referred to the tape <br /> of the 10/ 13/82 Planning Commission Meeting at which this pathway <br /> easement was discussed. <br /> PASSED BY CONSENSUS: To continue discussion of this item to the next <br /> City Council Meeting to allow time for the City Attorney to prepare a <br /> written report on the subject and for the applicants (Rortons) to have the <br /> opportunity to review said report. <br /> H. NEW BUSINESS: <br /> 1.
