PUBLIC HEARINGS: (continued) : <br /> MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Siegel , seconded by van Tamelen <br /> and passed unanimously to add Condition #43 .a to read as follows: 'Lot <br /> #1 shall be restricted to 4 ,500 square feet maximum floor area and Lot <br /> #2 shall be restricted to 5 ,000 square feet maximum floor area. ' <br /> MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by van Tamelen, seconded by Siegel <br /> and passed unanimously to add Condition #43 .b to read as follows: 'Hanes on* <br /> Lots #17 and #26 shall be limited to one-story. '*(AMEMED BY COUNCIL 10/19/88) <br /> MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by van Tamelen, seconded by Siegel <br /> and passed unanimously to add Condition #43.c to read as follows : 'A <br /> condition shall be included in the Declaration of Conditions, <br /> Covenants and Restrictions stating that Lots #8 and #18 shall not be <br /> further subdividable. ' <br /> PASSED BY CONSENSUS: To amend Condition #45 to read as follows: 'The <br /> owners of parcels A and B as shown on the tentative map and the <br /> developer shall enter into an agreement providing that the subdivider <br /> shall install improvements required for the subdivision also on <br /> parcels A and B at developer ' s expense, the form of which agreement <br /> shall be submitted to the Town for its review and approval prior to <br /> filing of the final map. Upon approval of the improvement agreement, <br /> parcels A and B may be eliminated from the final map. ' <br /> PASSED BY CONSENSUS : To add Condition #48 as follows: ' Prior to <br /> recordation of the final map, the Williamson Act contracts covering <br /> the property shall have expired or been cancelled. ' <br /> PASSED BY CONSENSUS: To change all references to I-310 to I-280 . <br /> MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Tyron, seconded by Siegel and <br /> passed unanimously to certify the adequacy of the environmental impact <br /> report for Lands of McCulloch, File TM #4-87, Stonebrook and Prospect. <br /> MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Casey, seconded by van Tamelen <br /> and passed unanimously to make the findings that adequate mitigation <br /> measures for all significant environmental effects identified in the <br /> environmental impact report have been incorporated into the project. <br /> MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Casey, seconded by van Tamelen <br /> and passed unanimously to adopt Resolution #107-88 approving tentative <br /> subdivision map of Lands of McCulloch subject to conditions of <br /> approval . <br /> 2 . LANDS OF RIDGEVIEW ESTATES, FILE TM #6-88 , 24810 Prospect Road, <br /> request for approval of tentative map and negative declaration <br /> for four lot subdivision -- Resolution approving tentative map <br /> -9- 10/5/88 <br />
