F. PUBLIC HEARINGS: (continued) : <br /> Jean Struthers, 13690 Robleda; Judy Carico, 25311 O' Keefe; Dot <br /> Schreiner, Pathways Recreation and Parks Committee and Doni Hubbard, <br /> 25228 La Loma strongly supported keeping the path at this location. <br /> Although the City Attorney stated that ' fire access roads were limited <br /> to that purpose ' , it was noted that the original intent was that this <br /> access road was a pathway and it had always been understood to be <br /> policy that emergency access roads were pathways. <br /> MOTION FAILED DUE TO LACK OF A SECOND: Moved by Casey to delete <br /> condition #7: ' The developer shall dedicate a pathway easement <br /> coincident with the emergency access easement between Lots 15 and 16. <br /> MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Tryon, seconded by Johnson to go <br /> past the 11: 30 p.m. hour of adjournment. <br /> Council then went through the recommended conditions of approval for <br /> the Lands of McCulloch as stated in the 9/29/88 Planning Director' s <br /> staff report. The following conditions were amended, deleted or added. <br /> If a condition was not acted on specifically by the Council , it <br /> remains in effect as stated in the 9/29/88 report. <br /> PASSED BY CONSENSUS: To amend Condition #7 to read: ' The developer <br /> shall dedicate a pathway easement coincident with the emergency access <br /> easement between Lots 15 and 16. This pathway easement dedication <br /> shall become effective at such time as the emcl_ access- easement <br /> i� cannuL.t ed thlrOIIgtr-thnubd iv trtotr- connects to a pathway eageuent in the <br /> Dawson subdivision. (MINDED BY WUNCIL 10/19/88) . <br /> PASSED BY CONSENSUS: To amend Condition #7 .a. as follows: ' . . . <br /> .This pathway should be a native pathway and connect to Stonebrook <br /> Drive and to the existing path on the Town Lands. ' <br /> PASSED BY CONSENSUS: To add Condition #7.b. as follows : ' The right of <br /> way shall be aligned with the center line of Prospect. ' <br /> PASSED BY CONSENSUS: To amend Condition #8 to read: ' Per Subdivision <br /> Ordinance section 9-1. 1105 , all utilities including cable tv within <br /> the subdivision are to be underground. ' <br /> PASSED BY CONSENSUS: To add the following to Condition #25 : ' The <br /> sizing of the sewer line to serve the areas that could feasibly use <br /> the system shall not exceed 8" . The Town will enter into a <br /> reimbursement agreement if line is "oversized" to service area outside <br /> of subdivision. ' <br /> PASSED BY CONSENSUS: To add Condition #29 .a. as follows: ' Subdivider <br /> shall provide improvements to provide for simultaneous left and right <br /> turns at--&1--Me..t-e-ond-Stteebroo*-i from Stonebrcok onto El Monte. ' (MMEED BY <br /> WUNCIL 10/19/88) <br /> ` PASSED BY CONSENSUS: To add Condition #30 as follows: ' Signs approved <br /> by the Town shall be placed on all off-road pathways .
