Request from Environmental Design and Protection Committee and <br /> Pathways Recreation and Parks Committee requesting reinstatement <br /> of policy whereby they received copies of maps for site inspections <br /> The Director of Public Works referred to his staff report dated <br /> 10/14/88 which gave an overview of the present procedure and included <br /> the comment that the decision to limit the required plans was <br /> generally for the convenience of the applicants . <br /> PASSED BY CONSENSUS : To adopt the policy that five copies of plans for <br /> site development will be required with one signed copy always on file <br /> at Town Hal ] .
