LANDS OF AYMERICH, FILE VAR #19-88 , 27801 Edgerton, appeal of one <br /> of the conditions of the variance approved by the Planning <br /> Commission <br /> Council had before them the Director of Public Works ' staff report <br /> dated 11/9/88 which included the recommendation that the appeal be <br /> denied and the decision of the Planning Commission be affirmed to <br /> grant a variance for a patio constructed in a set back with the <br /> condition that that portion of the patio beyond the oak tree be <br /> removed at Town expense and that mature screening be planted. The <br /> staff report also included the background on the project which stated, <br /> in part, that this work was begun under the belief that a valid permit <br /> had been issued by the Town. <br /> _q_ 11/16/88 <br />
