B. CONSENT CALENDAR (CONTINUED) : <br /> iNsr <br /> MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Siegel , seconded by Dronkert and <br /> passed unanimously to adopt Resolution #81-87 approving final <br /> subdivision map and approving and authorizing execution of subdivision <br /> agreement (Lands of Del Monte) <br /> 5. Monthly Financial Report: Informational Item <br /> Siegel noted that this was not actually an informational item in that <br /> Council action was requested to increase appropriations to close the <br /> books for 1986-87 . Siegel further questioned the carry over for the <br /> City Hall Parking Lot on page five of the report. He suggested that <br /> this project not be carried over but rebudgeted for in that it was now <br /> with a sub-committee for review and recommendation for the entire Town <br /> Hall project. <br /> MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Siegel , seconded by Plummer and <br /> passed unanimously to continue this item to the next agenda in that it <br /> required Council action and was not so indicated on the agenda. <br /> C. PRESENTATIONS FROM THE FLOOR: <br /> Betsy Bertram, 11854 Page Mill Road, asked why the counters were on <br /> Taaffe and Altamont. The Mayor responded that the Town was updating <br /> its traffic counts . <br /> D. REPORT FROM THE PLANNING COMMISSION: <br /> Commissioner Struthers reported that the following items were <br /> discussed at the 7/22/87 Planning Commission Meeting: 1) Lands of <br /> White, request for approval of site development permit for new <br /> residence - continued for redesign; 2) Lands of Elliott, VAR #13-87 - <br /> granted; 3) Lands of Zubiller, VAR #7-86 , denied; 4) report that the <br /> Board of Directors of Hidden Villa had requested a further <br /> continuation of discussion at the County of their conditional use <br /> permit. <br /> E. PUBLIC HEARINGS: <br /> 1 . Resolution # adopting appropriations limit <br /> MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Siegel , seconded by van Tamelen <br /> and passed unanimously to adopt Resolution #82-87 adopting <br /> appropriations limit ($1 ,545 ,267 for 1987-88) <br /> 2 . Lands of Clausen, File TM #2-86 , El Monte and Voorhees, request for <br /> tentative map and negative declaration <br /> The Town Planner referred to her staff report dated 7/30/87 which <br /> stated that the Planning Commission on 7/8/87 had unanimously <br /> recommended denial of the proposed tentative map for Lands of Clausen <br /> 41/ based on the findings in the 7/1/87 staff report (on file at Town <br /> Hall) . <br /> 4- 8/5/87 <br />
