Tryon commented that she would like to see the reponse <br /> to the Grand Jury prior to its being sent. <br /> e) State Department of Housing and Community Development' s <br /> Comments on the Town ' s Draft Housing Element <br /> PASSED BY CONSENSUS: To schedule a Study Session for Thursday, <br /> November 5 , 1987 at 4: 00 p.m. to discuss the State Department of <br /> Housing and Community Development' s comments on the Town ' s Draft <br /> Housing Element and to consider staff recommended amendments to the <br /> draft Housing Element. <br /> Mrs . Sheri Emling, 11853 Murietta, referred to the letter dated <br /> 8/31/87 to the City Manager from the Department of Housing and <br /> Community Development and expressed concern about the reference made <br /> to phone conversations with the Town ' s Planning Consultant. Mrs. <br /> Emling strongly recommended that the City Manager represent the Town <br /> in all such discussions for purposes of clarification. <br /> 2.
