Siegel did not object to approving the contract <br /> for services with ElPbut did request that the City Attorney prepare a <br /> report on Williamson Act Cancellations for the next Council meeting. <br /> MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Siegel , seconded by van Tamelen <br /> and passed unanimously by all members present to adopt Resolution <br /> #132-87 approving and authorizing execution of an agreement for <br /> environmental services between the Town of Los Altos Hills and EIP <br /> Associates for the Lands of McCullough subdivision project. <br /> D.
