PRESENTATIONS FROM THE FLOOR: <br /> D. REPORT FROM THE PLANNING COPPIISSICN: <br /> Cacmissioner Kaufman reported that the following items were discussed at the <br /> 3/12/86 Cannission meeting: annual reviews of conditional use permits for lands <br /> of Berry Hill Farms, Owlweod Farms and Westwind Fanms were continued to the next <br /> meeting and a lot line adjustment was approved for Lands of Kelly on Hillview Road. <br /> A study session had been held frau 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. on 3/19/86 to discuss zoning <br /> ordinance anrexdrents, height and design review and a continuation of this study <br /> session was scheduled for 4/7/86. <br /> 4119 E. PUBLIC HEARINGS: <br /> f 1. LANDS OF ANDERSON, 12000 Moody Springs Court, request for a spatial land <br /> use permit to allow construction of a project having a height in excess <br /> of fifteen feet (addition) <br /> The Staff Planner referred to her 3/14/86 staff report which noted that the Site <br /> Development recomended approval of the proposed addition and deck based on the <br /> project's conformance with the guidelines for Ordinance #295. <br /> Walter Chapman, applicant's designer cemented that he was available to answer <br /> 0 any questions Council or staff may have on the project. <br /> MJTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by van Tamelen, seconded by Fuhrman and passed <br /> by the following roll rail vote to grant a special land use permit for the Lards <br /> of Anderson based on the project's conformance with the guidelines for Ordinance #295. <br /> AYES: Mayor Dronkert and Councilmembers Fuhrman and van Tamelen <br /> NOES: Councilme:ter Allison <br /> ABSENT: CouncilrnemberRydell <br /> 2.
