ITEMS REMOVED FROM THE CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />1. Approval of Minutes: 8/6/86 Regular Meeting <br />MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Tryon, seconded by Fuhrman <br />and passed unanimously by all members present to approve the <br />minutes of the 8/6/86 regular meeting with the following <br />amendments: page 3, Item F. add the following: 'Both of these <br />properties involved secondary dwellings on large estates and al- <br />though these applications did not meet the ordinances it was in <br />the Town's interest to preserve the estates. The Planning Commis- <br />sion will be looking into possible approaches.'; page 11, Item <br />J.lc), add the following to the first paragraph: 'The possibility <br />of using live oak or less urban trees was discussed.' <br />2. Resolution # approving and authorizing execution of <br />an encroachment permit agreement between the City of the Town of <br />Los Altos Hills and Robert and Anita Chen, 26879 Taaffe <br />MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Dronkert, seconded by Tryon <br />and passed unanimously by all members present to continue this <br />item to the next Council meeting for correction to the proposed <br />resolution by the City Attorney's office. <br />-2- <br />
