CITY ODUNCIL MINLYIES - January 16, 1985 <br />E. SPECIAL ORDERS (continued): <br />4W 2. Resolution # accepting as ocupleted the cork of re -roofing the Town <br />Hall, authorizing final payment concerning such work, and directing the <br />City Clerk to file notice of completion. <br />MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Rydell, seconded by Fuhrman and passed <br />unanimously by all members present to adopt Resolution #1-85 accepting as <br />ompleted the work of reroofing of Town Hall, authorizing final payment <br />conrnrning such work, and directing the City Clerk to file notice of capletion. <br />3. Resolution # approving and authorizing execution of second addendum <br />to agxeenrent between the City of the Town of Ins Altos Hills and Traffic <br />Signal Maintenance, Inc. <br />NOTION SECONDED AND CAI=: moved by Fuhroan, seconded by Dronkert and passed <br />unanim usly by all nnenbers present to adopt Resolution #2-85 approving and <br />authorizing execution of second addenda to agre t between the City of the <br />Town of Los Altos Hills and Traffic Signal Maintenance, Inc. <br />4. Resolution # rescinding Resolution #1474 which approved a lot line <br />adjustment for the Lands of Anderson <br />The City Manager reported that Resolution #1474 approving a reversion to acreage <br />of property at 25625 Moody Road had been approved by Council on August 8, 1982; <br />however, the resolution had not been recorded. The applicant was now requesting <br />that the application for reversion to acreage be withdrawn. <br />obw <br />MOTION SECONDED AM CARRIED: Moved by Dronkert, seconded by Fuhrnan and passed <br />by the following roll call vote to continue this item to the 2/6/85 Council <br />meeting for a legal opinion regarding adoption/recordation and for sulz ttal <br />of additional materials, i.e. copies of Resolution #1474 and map of property. <br />AYES: Councilmenbe-s Dronkert, FuhrnNn and Rydell <br />NOES: Mayor Allison <br />ABSENT: Councilmember van Tamelen <br />5. Public Hearing: <br />a) LANDS OF HELUJCCI, Moody Road - Intention of Town to vacate and <br />abandon a certain storm drainage easement under the provisions <br />of the "Public Streets, Highways and Service Easement Vacation <br />Lae", Section 8300, et deq., of the Streets and Highways Code of <br />California <br />The City Manager presented the staff's remmierdation that the Council abandon <br />the Storm Drain Ease Ment so that maintenance responsibilities would revert to <br />the landowner. In connection with this, the City Manager reported that a Mold <br />harmless agrement should be entered into with Mr. Bellucci; however, the <br />details of this agreement were still being reviewed by the applicant and the <br />staff. <br />
