CITY COUNCIL MINUTES - June 19, 1985 <br />L6. Resolution # approving corrections to the 1984-85 budget <br />MOTION SECONDED AMID CARRIED: Moved by Fuhrman, seconded by Allison and passed <br />unanimously by all nmbers present to adopt Resolution #70-85 further amending <br />the Tuan budget for the fiscal year 1984-85. <br />7. Remnneadation from the Financial Consultant to close out the interfund <br />receivable and payable between the General Fund and the Park Fund. <br />MOTION SECONDED AMID CARRIED: Moved by Allison, seconded by Rydell and passed <br />ur.tnimously by all mss present to direct staff to eliminate the interfund <br />receivable and payable between the General Fund and the Park Ford. <br />8. Schedule for Budget Review and Adoption: <br />It was agreed that a Budget Study Session would be held on either Tuesday, <br />June 25 or Thursday, June 27 depending on Council's schedules. <br />9. SB 75 (Fbran) <br />PASSED BY CONSENSUS: 7b direct Mayor to send letter to appropriate representatives <br />expressing support of SB 75 concerning the definition of the extent of local <br />governments' liability. <br />` 10. Letter from resident concerning offer of sale of land <br />PASSED BY CONSENSUS: Tb send resident's letter concerning property on Ravensbury <br />Avenue to the Midpeninsula Open Space District for their review of the offer of <br />the sale of land. <br />br <br />11. City Planner - request for clarification on minor interior modifications <br />as related to special lard use permit process. <br />The City Planner noted that she had received two applications for minor interior <br />modifications for solar panels and a chimney which fell under the special land <br />use permit height limits but only in a very minimal way. The City Council asked <br />for the Attorney's opinion as to whether the applicants world have to go through <br />the special land use permit process. The Attorney responded that these applications <br />would not have to go through that process. <br />K.
