Public Hearings (continued): <br />b) LANDS OF FOGEL, 27950 Roble Blanco, request for a special land <br />use permit to allow construction of an addition having a height <br />in excess of fifteen feet <br />The City Planner presented her 6/27/85 report which stated that staff recommended <br />approval of the special lard use permit for an addition at 27950 Idcble Blanco. <br />M71'ION SE=. IDED ASID CARRIED: Moved by Allison, seconded by Rydell and gassed <br />unanurcusly by all members present to approve a special land use pevnit for the <br />Lands of Fogel for an addition having a height in excess of fifteen feet based on <br />the project's conformance with the guidelines for Ordinance #295. <br />Dronkert suggested and Council concurred that at the time of Site Development, <br />information and suggestions be provided to the applicants concerning types of <br />roofing. <br />c) LANDS OF SALBU, 23641 Camino Hen oso, request for a special land use <br />peumdt to allow construction of an addition having a height in excess <br />of fifteen feet <br />The City Planner presented her 6/27/85 report which included the staff recomTenda- <br />tion that the special land use permit for an addition at 23641 Camino Hermoso be <br />approved based on the project's conformance with the guidelines for Ordinance #295. <br />Allison asked the Planning Commissioner for a report on the Conmission's review <br />of this property. Commissioner Gottlieb responded that the applicant had revised <br />his plans to address his neighbors' concerns. <br />Mr. jerry Win es applicant's architect, commented that he was available to <br />answer any questions on the app ication before Council. <br />mDrION SECOMED AMID CARRIID: Moved by Allison, seconded by Ryrdell and passed <br />unanimously by all members present to approve a special land use permit for the <br />Lands of Salbu for an addition having a height in excess of fifteen feet based <br />on the project's confor aux:e with the guidelines for Ordinance 4295. <br />2. Resolution # approving final parcel map and approving and authorizing <br />execution of subdivision agreement for the Lands of the Palo Alto Unified <br />School District <br />The City Engineer referred to his 6/27/85 staff report which included the <br />following recormerdations: that Council adopt a resolution approving the final <br />map and approve and authorize execution of a subdivision agreement for the Lards <br />of the Palo Alto Unified School District and further direct the City Clerk to <br />record said final parcel map. <br />MMON MADE AM SECONDED: Moved by Allison and seconded by Dronkert to approve <br />final parcel map and approve and authorize execution of subdivision agreamnt for <br />the Lands of the Palo Alto Unified School District. <br />The City Manager referred to the conditions of approval of the tentative map <br />which related to the maintenance of the eucalyptus trees. This area had been <br />damaged by the recent fire and the City Manager remanded not accepting the <br />final map for the Lands of the Palo Alto Unified School District until a clear <br />determination had been made regarding the maintenance, repair and/or removal of <br />these trees. <br />-4- <br />
