SPECIAL ORDERS: <br />3.a) Lands <br />to the General Plan for said City as amended. <br />of Los Altos <br />Hills, C�eneral Plan Anerdnent <br />(continued): <br />MOTION SBODNDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Hillestad, seconded by Perkins and <br />passed by all members present to adopt Negative Declaration, Lands of Los <br />Altos Hills, File #PM 1-81. <br />Rime N <br />and expressed their concerns regaiding open space. Could it be located in one <br />section of the Property? Did it have to be distributed among the lots? Gould <br />it be publicly -owned open space? <br />The City Attorney referred to the resolution concerning the amendments to the <br />C,eneral Plan and noted one change that had been made for clarification purposes. <br />To the ayendi�t deleting the designation of the Palo Alto Unified School <br />District property as a school site, the following would be added: "R (v -i) <br />as shown on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein. " <br />The City Attorney reminded Council and these attending the public hearing that <br />the anen]Ments being COuSid�ed were required to delete the school site designa- <br />tion from the General Plan and change it to residential. The City Manager <br />further commented that the adoption of these arwmdments did not preclude changes <br />being made at a later date on the subdivision map. <br />MOTION SECONDED PND CARRIED: Moved by Hillestad, <br />seconded by Perkins <br />and <br />passed by <br />all members present to adopt Resolution <br />#1345 approving and <br />adopting <br />kw amendment <br />to the General Plan for said City as amended. <br />iw <br />F.
