SPECIAL ORDERS: Item 2.c) LANDS OF MATADERO CREEK (continued): <br />Walt., Bahhitt. 27911 Via Ventana, Nick Ward, 27947 Via Ventan <br />Council expressing the opinion that there should be less lots and more open <br />space in the subdivision. Paul Reneau 13149 Byrd lane, further emphasized <br />the importance of good planning and proper CC&Rs; the opportunity was at hand <br />to have a model subdivision. <br />PASSED BY CONSENSUS: To make the following corrections and/or additions a part <br />of the Conditions of Approval: <br />First paragraph amnded to read: ,The Planning Commission, at its meeting of <br />June 24, 1981 recon ended approval of the Tentative Map dated "Revised June 17, <br />1981" for the above request, subject to the following conditions:" <br />Condition 1.A. add the following: ". . .The owner shall dedicate an equestrian/ <br />pedestrian easement, public utility easemnt and access easement for the <br />Purissima Hills Water District over the right-of-way for Matadero Creek Lane <br />and Matadero Creek Court." <br />Condition I.C. add the following: " . .The emrgency access easement shall <br />incorporate a bike, equestrian and pedestrian easemnt." <br />Condition 1.E.6. amended to read: "Teporary grazing of animals is allowed <br />( unless such grazing pronotes excessive damage to vegetation or soil erosion." <br />Condition 4.D. added: "The owner shall install a dual path along the amrgency <br />access easamnt frau Page Mill Road to Matadero Creek Lane." <br />Condition 7.C. first paragraph amended to read: "The maximum height of structures, <br />landscape requirements, house orientation and other Site Development criteria <br />contained in Exhibit #8, Site Development Map dated 6/5/81 and received 6/26/61, <br />shall apply to each lot, a smrary of these requiremnts are listed below." <br />MffI0N SECl7NDED AM cARRIM: Moved by Perkins, seconded by McReynolds and passed <br />unanimously by all members present to approve the Tentative Map, LANDS OF <br />MATADEJU CREEK, File TM #1-81, subject to conditions as recommended by the <br />Planning Canmission and as amended by Council. <br />d) Ordinance # amending Chapter 5 entitled "Zoning" of the Los Altos <br />Hills Municipal Code by adding Sections 9-5.209, 9-5.212, 9-5.215, <br />9-5.226 and 9-5.227, and by amnding sections 9-5.210, 9-5.232, 9-5.502 <br />9-5.504, and subsection (a) and the title of section 9-5.503 thereof, <br />and by renumbering certain sections thereof.
