Historical Preservation Ordinance (Continued) <br />Mr. Frampton, Magdalena, g lena, noted that his home had been designated an historical site, <br />t at thh is created a nuisance due to public access and that he objected to the pro- <br />posed ordinance. <br />Mayor McReynolds advised Mr. Frampton that currently the Municipal Code did not <br />effectively provide for all the legal ramifications of historical sites within the <br />Town, therefore, this proposal should clarify existing sites as well as providing <br />for future designations or withdrawal of Mr. Frampton's property. <br />MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Councilman Nystrom, seconded by Councilwoman <br />Hillestad and passed unanimously to continue consideration of the Historical Preserva- <br />tion Ordinance until the next Council meeting (11/7/79) so that the City Attorney <br />might revise the proposal to include enforcement and limited public access measures. <br />2. Resolution # approving Final Parcel Map, LANDS OF ALHOUSE, File SA #6115-79. <br />MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Councilman Nystrom, seconded by Councilwoman <br />HTTlestad and carried unanimously to adopt Resolution #1240 approving Final Parcel <br />Map, LANDS OF ALHOUSE, File SA #6115-79. <br />3. Request for Final Map Approval, LANDS OF ANDERSON, File FM #3077-79. <br />MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Councilwoman Hillestad, seconded by Councilman <br />Nystrom and passe unanimously to adopt Resolution #1241 approving Final Parcel Map <br />and approving and authorizing execution of Subdivision Agreement, LANDS OF ANDERSON. <br />`. MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Councilman Proft, seconded by Councilman <br />Perkins and carried unanimously to adopt Resolution #1242 approving and authorizing <br />execution of Private Road Maintenance Agreement between Bob Owen Homes, Inc. and <br />Los Altos Hills. <br />4. Public Hearings: <br />a) Request for Tentative Map Approval, LANDS OF STEERS, File TM #2087-77. <br />MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Councilman Nystrom, seconded by Councilman <br />Perkins and passed unanimously to continue consideration of the LANDS OF STEERS to <br />the Council meeting of November 7, 1979 (as requested by the Applicant). <br />b) Request for Tentative Map Approval, LANDS OF HORTON, File TM #2066-77. <br />Mr. Naegle, Applicant's Engineer, requested continuance of this matter. <br />MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Councilman Proft, seconded by Councilman <br />Perkins and carried unanimously to continue consideration of the LANDS OF HORTON to <br />the Council meeting of November 7, 1979 (as requested by the Applicant). <br />F. GENERAL ORDERS & UNFINISHED BUSINESS: <br />1. Request from J.T. Danaher for amendment to map, Tract #6208. <br />The City Manager announced that the applicant wished to continue this matter for <br />further discussion with residents in the area. <br />Council consensus was to continue this Item as requested. <br />-4- <br />
