Steering Committee Report (Continued) <br />6W Thereafter, Commissioner Lachenbruch provided background for Items II <br />and IV, specifically, the broad and specific impacts to be considered <br />for future development of the Town. <br />PASSED BY CONSENSUS: To amend Item II E. as follows: <br />E. Marginal Lots <br />What to do about: Existing substandard lots including guidelines <br />on acceptance for Building Site Approvals; secondary re -subdivisions <br />achieved by lot line shifts and combinations of fragments. <br />PASSED BY CONSENSUS: To amend Item IV J. as follows: <br />J. Review rights-of-way within the Town's road system to be returned <br />to property owners. <br />Commissioner Lachenbruch also stressed the enormity of the task before <br />both the Council and Planning Commission as well as the need for pro- <br />fessional support to effectively resolve these Action Items. <br />PASSED BY CONSENSUS: To accept the recommendations of the Steering <br />Committee and the assignments as set forth. <br />PASSED BY CONSENSUS: To set the next Joint Meeting of the City Council <br />and Planning Commission for January 31, 1979. <br />`, Mayor Hillestad was joined by all those present in commending the <br />Steering Committee for their efforts in the presentation of a very <br />worthwhile Report. <br />The City Council adjourned at 9:30 P.M. to an Executive Session for the <br />purpose of litigation. <br />Immediately following the Executive Session and there being no further <br />new or old business to discuss, the City Council adjourned at 10:40 P.M. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Susan Buttler <br />Deputy City Clerk <br />-2- <br />
